The Concept

With a wealth of experience of running a shop for over 10 years Janet Tuffley, the owner of The Silver Pear, has introduced a new dimension to the wedding list concept.  Gone are the days of being just another number in a large department store; couples are encouraged to book an appointment where they will be personally advised and guided by our Wedding List Consultant through numerous products and designs from large well known brands to smaller local  designers to give their list that individual twist.

However, the service does not stop there.  The Silver Pear has acknowledged the attraction of historic Ludlow with its beautiful location and gastronomic reputation.
Couples are invited to stay for two free nights in one the 13th century luxury apartments conveniently situated above the store.  From here the bride and groom can take time and enjoy choosing their wedding list whilst relaxing in comfort and style.

Furthermore with the apartment being available at no cost for 48 hours* and sleeping up to 5 people you can add to the experience by bringing along friends or family to help you enjoy your short break in Ludlow.
